If there's a problem with an item you ordered (it's damaged, faulty, or we sent you the wrong item), you can return it to us for a refund. You can also return some unwanted products, but exclusions apply - for example, you can't return personalised or customised products, such as shirts with names, numbers or patches added.

Please note we can't offer to exchange or swap for a different item, because we can't guarantee the item you want to exchange for will be available when we receive your return.
In case you apply for a refund, we will refund the cost of the goods to the same card you used to make the payment of your order within 14 days after receiving your order.
For subscription products: You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire,or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.
