What delivery options do you offer? 

We only deliver our packages with expedited trackable and fully insured mail. Between preparation, handling and shipping, orders take around 15-30 days to be delivered when you choose the standard shipping and between 7-20 days when you select express shipping. 

Is there any way to get a faster shipping service? 

Unfortunately, we are already providing the fastest service available for our capabilities; however, we are working on reducing delivery times.

What are the costs for delivery?

At shipping is totally free for any order. 

How secure are your deliveries?

Our shipping companies do their best to protect your packages using the most advanced security checks and scanning technologies possible. Besides that, our packages are also fully secured by our insurance services so you don’t need to worry about a package being lost or damaged. 

How long does it take to get an order?

When will my order be delivered?

The estimated delivery time is calculated from the day you place the order and payment has been confirmed. What is the status of my order?

In order to know the status of your order, you can check the shipping information on the Order Details page. The expected delivery date is around 15-30 days from the confirmation date of payment if you selected the standard shipping or 7-20 days if you selected the express shipping. If there is a delay in processing your order, an email notification will be sent to you with more details on what is going on and when it is expected to ship. 

How can I track my order?

We'll send you a dispatch email once your order has been shipped to confirm that it's on its way to you. You will receive an email with a link to track your package; click the link to be directed to the courier's website. You will usually get your tracking number 5-7 days after placing your order due to preparation and handling times. If there is a delay in processing your order, an email notification will be sent to you with more details on what is going on and when it is expected to ship.

If I am ordering from Non-EU countries, am I still liable for import taxes?

Don't worry, we include all sorts of taxes in the final price so you will not need to think about having to pay any extra fees for ordering with us. Just stay relaxed and enjoy until you get your order.

For the delivery of Subscription Products

In case you purchase any subscritpion products, you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire,or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the first good.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us at of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired.


Do you have discounts?

Yes, we do. You can access our discounts through our Rewards Program. 

How do I earn rewards?

You will be able to earn rewards in purchases by as simple as signing up, referring to a friend, following our social media, sharing our website on social media, celebrating your birthday, or placing an order you will receive points that you will be able to redeem for discounts on our website.

What are the terms and conditions of the Rewards Program?

  1. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash and no change will be given for part use. 
  2. One gift card/voucher code can be redeemed per transaction. 
  3. For redemption, please enter the code on the Discount Code box. If you’re checking out from your phone you will see this box underneath the “Show order summary” title at the top of the screen at Contact Information page during checkout.


Can I amend or cancel an order? 

Before you place your order, please double-check your order and shipping information.

We will not be able to make any modifications or cancel your purchase after it has been sent to our distribution center. Changing the delivery option, delivery address, and payment method are all examples of this.

You can return most products for a refund once you've received your purchase if you've ordered something you no longer want. There are several exceptions, such as customized items.

I haven’t received/Can’t find my order confirmation email - how do I check my order has been accepted?

Your confirmation email may have ended up in your Junk or Spam folder, depending on your email provider and email settings. Please begin by looking there.

If you still can't find it, try these steps to see if we got your order and what status it's in: 

  1. Log in to your account area on the Online Store:
  2. Go to the My Orders page. 
  3. You’ll see the orders we have received, with the most recent first. 
  4. Your order will be in one of several statuses. Here’s what each means: 

Pending - We were unable to process your payment using the information you provided, or you exited the site before completing the checkout process. In the next 24-48 hours, your order will be automatically cancelled.

Processing - We've received payment, and your purchase is being prepared and packed at our Distribution Center.

Complete - Your order has been dispatched, and you should have received a confirmation email with tracking information. 


Can I return or exchange an item?

If there’s a problem with an item you ordered (it’s damaged, faulty, or we sent you the wrong item), you can return it to us for a refund or we will send a new one for free. You can also return unwanted items, but exclusions apply - for example, you can’t return personalized or customized products, such as shirts with names, numbers or patches added. To check whether your product is eligible to be returned, view our full Returns Policy. 

If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact our logistics customer service department first at and they will advise you on the best method to handle the return situation.

You must arrange shipping for the item to be returned to us via your preferred carrier. 

Because you are responsible for the item until it is received by us and signed for, we recommend that you return it through recorded/tracked delivery (using your national courier service is the most cost-effective). Please make sure the item is properly packaged, and attach a brief message explaining why the item is being returned in the parcel.

The deadline for making a return is 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order. 

Why can’t I return my personalized shirt?

We regret that we are unable to exchange or refund any personalised shirt after letters and/or numbers have been applied. Any changes to players' names and numbers as a result of transfers or squad movement are not the responsibility of Football House UK. Our shirt sizing charts change from year to year depending on the shape and style of the clothing, so please double-check your size before ordering.

Can you get this specific item not listed in your website?

We’ll be more than glad to check if we can include any items you might want in our website. In order to do that, please send us a picture to and we’ll get back to you with more information as soon as possible. 

Can I customize my shirt?

Yes, of course. All shirts are fully customizable with Name, Number and Patches. The customization is fully free. Just remember personalized items might be excluded from returns or exchanges. 

Where can I find the size chart?

You can find size guides on all of our product pages. Just click on the “size chart” button in the product page and a display will show with the sizes and measurement instructions for each product. 

Product care guide

We're proud of our high-quality items, and you'll find washing and care instructions on the inside labels of all of them, but here are some general guidelines to keep yours looking great for years to come:

  • Wash according to the care label instructions. 
  • Wash items that have similar washing instructions. 
  • Try to always wash at the lowest temperature possible. The care label states the maximum temperature. 
  • Turn items inside out to protect logos and prints. 
  • Avoid using too much, or too strong of a detergent. 

A product I want is out of stock, when will it be back in stock?

We make every effort to have a wide range of products in stock, however popular items do occasionally sell out. We will try to restock them as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee exact dates.

Collections are usually introduced at the beginning of the season, with special and limited edition products introduced in conjunction with specific events. These are  only available in limited quantities, and once sold out, they will not be replaced.
